A Chip(otle) off the old block

It's no secret that if I could eat at Chipotle every day, I would. However, for the sake of both my health and my finances, it's probably better that I don't. My favorite part of a Chipotle burrito is the corn salsa and I recently discovered a copycat recipe that lets me make it at home! The recipe is here and you won't be disappointed; this salsa tastes like the real thing but doesn't require you to stand in line! Enjoy!
