Bigger fish (or cheese) to fry

We just got back from a trip to England and Ireland and I'm missing so many things from our travels, especially the food! I was pleasantly surprised to find that many restaurants and pubs in London had a plethora of vegetarian options, even for traditional British foods. One of my favorite meals was a vegetarian version of fish and chips in which the pub substituted battered halloumi cheese for the fish! Fried cheese? Yes, please!
