Not too much hasselback

I've recently discovered Bon Appetit's YouTube channel and my life has changed forever (for the better!). It was there that I discovered this incredible recipe for Hasselback Butternut Squash with Bay Leaves. The end result is delicious and very fancy-looking but is, in reality, fairly simple to make with minimal ingredients! You can see the recipe here but watch it being made below!
