The weather's finally getting warmer here in the Pacific Northwest and my thoughts are turning to outdoor patios, cold drinks, and delicious food. One of the things I love eating outside in nice weather is poke (pronounced poke-ay). Poke is a Hawaiian dish traditionally made with raw seafood(octopus or yellowfin tuna) and some delicious trimmings.
