This blog is all about making it easy to help the environment in our everyday lives and reducing the amount of meat we eat is a great way to do that! Raising animals for meat takes up a whole bunch of the earth's resources and research suggests that cutting meat out of our diets (even for just one day a week!) can be environmentally beneficial.
I've been a vegetarian for over 15 years but you don't have to go completely vegetarian or vegan to make a positive impact on the planet. On Mondays, I will be posting yummy, meatless recipes that I have personally tried along with tips on how to reduce the amount of meat we eat!
